Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary
the Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn met at the office of
the Secretary on
Present Messrs Armstrong, Bigelow, Bond
Curtis B. R. Gould, Parker & Story.
Voted & chose by ballot

Joseph Story President
George Bond Treasurer
B.R. Curtis Secretary

Voted. That the same gentlemen with
the same authority as during the last
year, be the Commee on Lots.

Tickets

Voted. That the Secretary be authorized
to give tickets to those who have not
received them or have lost them on a
written application stating the fact
& promising to return the other tickets
if found or received.

Special Tickets

Voted. That the Comee on Lots be authori-
zed to act on all special applications
for tickets

Tombs

Voted. That the Comee on Lots be charged
with the duty of preventing the Construction
of any tomb without its being so secured
as to prevent the escape of effluvia from
within & that those already built be so
secured if necessary. Voted to adjourn
