The Trial Balance of his Books annexed hereto, shows
an addition to the available funds of $4265.79 during
the past year, the total amt being $16,246.58. of which
the sum of $14,420. is invested. The last assessment
($800) on 4 Shares in the Stark Mills will soon be called
for. Whether the Shares in Eastern Rail Road
will be assessed beyond 7.5 dollars each, is uncertain
The number of lots sold during the year is 57, and
the whole number sold is Six hundred & ninety.
The superintendent reports the Interments & Improve
