Pursuant to a notice issued by the Secretary
the Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn met at the office of
the Secretary in Boston on the
Present Messrs Armstrong, Bigelow, Bond,
Gould & Parker.

The President being absent Dr. Bigelow
was chosen chairman.
The Secretary being absent Mr George
T. Curtis
was chosen Secretary pro
teme.

Treasurer's Report

The Treasurer laid beore the
Society the following report & it
was thereupon voted that it be
approved & laid before the Corpora
tion at their annual meeting this
day.

The Treasurer reports the following synopsis of Receipts
& Payments for the eighth year ending to wit
