Condition in Deeds.

Voted That the following condition
be hereafter inserted in the
deeds of Lots in the Cemetery.

Fences

"That no fence shall from time
to time or at any time be placed
or erected in or around the said
Lot, the materials & design of
which shall not first have been
approved of by the Trustees or a
committee of them.

Voted That the Comee on Lots be
the Comee to approve of the materials
and design of fences.

Gate. Keeper.

Mr C. P. Curtis, in behalf of the Comee
on Lots reported: That the Comee
had employed Jonathan Hyde as
a Gatekeeper & that they recommend
that a grant of fifty dollars be made

Mr. Shane grant to _

to Mr Shane in consideration of his
long & faithful services in that
office, which he could not longer
hold in consequence of ill health.

Voted. That this report be accepted & the
Treasurer authorized to pay to Mr Shane
the sum of fifty dollars.
