Trustees.

The Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemy.
of Mount Auburn met, pursuant to
notice from the Secretary at the Porters
Lodge
in the Cemy. on . Present Messrs
Bigelow, Bond, Brimmer, C. P Curtis,
B. R. Curtis, Gould, Read & Story.

Premium

Voted. That Dr. Bigelow be authorized
to offer a premium of Fifty Dollars
for the best design of a monument.

Trees not to be exposed

Voted. That the Superintendent & the
Surveyor
of the Cemy. be instructed not
to lay out any Lot in such a situation
that the digging of graves & the erecting
of a Tomb thereon would be injurious
to any valuable tree _

Voted. To adjourn to the Treasurers office
at .

The Trustees met pursuant to the above
mentioned adjournment.

Irregular Lots.

Voted. That the Commee on Lots be authorized
to sell such irregular peices of ground
as cannot be laid out in Lots of 300 feet
& as it may not be expendient to reserve for
public monuments, at their discretion
provided however that the charge per
foot shall not be less than 26 2/3 cents
& the sum of 20 dollars for the
right of selection.
