At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery Committee
held on ____ , present, Dr Bigelow,
Mesrs Cook, ^Joseph P. Bradlee, Charles Brown, and Bond,

Shrubs etc.

it was voted that Dr Bigelow be a Committee to
direct the Gardener to procure & set out such shrubs
& trees as he may think proper, not exceeding
the expense of $100—

Life Members—

Voted that all life members of the Society who have
paid twenty dollars to the Treasurer to constitute
them such, shall have the right to take lots in the
Cemetery on the same terms as other purchasers,
and the said payments of $20 shall be deducted
from the purchase money— provided however
that the balance of such purchase money be paid
to the Treasurer of the Committee within six months
from 1st December—

Voted that the Secretary give notice of the prece--
ding vote to each life member—

Trespass

Voted that Judge Story, Mr Curtis & Mr Bond be
a Committee to inquire into the Trespass commit-
ted on Mr S. G. Williams' lot, & take such measures
as they deem expedient—

pare a circular letter to be sent to each pro-
