At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery Com-
mittee, held Oct 24 1832 present Mr Bond,
D^r Bigelow and Mr Pratt--

Tremont House.

An application by the Proprietors of Tremont
House, for a grant of land to erect a Tomb
upon, was considered, and it was,--
Voted that this Committee cannot accede to
the request of the Proprietors of Tremont House-

At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery
Committee, held Nov^r 10 1832, present, Gen^l
Dearborn, Mr. Bond & D^r Bigelow--

Circular Letter & Subscription

Voted that Mr Bond & the Secretary be a
Committee to prepare a circular letter and
to employ a proper person to distribute it
and obtain subscribers for cemetery lots,
if the Com^eedecree it expedient--

Hagerston Gardener.

Voted that Gen^l Dearborn make an agree-
ment with Hagerston to be the Superinten-
dant & Gardener at M^t Auburn, for one year
from 1^st March 1833 at a salary not exceeding
six hundred dollars--
