At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery
Come. held this afternoon, present, Mess.
Bond, Bigelow, Gould, Cook & Pratt.
On motion of Dr. Bigelow,
Voted, that Mr. Cook & Mr. Bond be a Committee to
decide upon the form of a fence, to enclose the
whole of the grounds at Mount Auburn, & to
advertise for proposals for the building of the same,
and to report at a future meeting of the Committee.
At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery Committee
present, Mess. Bond, Cook, Bigelow & Pratt.
The resignation of Mr. Pratt as Secretary of the
Garden & Cemetery Committee was accepted --
C.P. Curtis was chosen Secretary.
Voted, that the Committee on the fence be authorized
to contract with Mr. Stone or any one else
to cause a fence to be constructed at a price
not to exceed four dollars per Rod --
Voted, that the choice of the remainder of the lots be
offered at auction on the ,
