The undersigned, a committee to fix the fees to be charged by the the Superintendent for interments, reports the following copy of the instructions given to Mr Russell, this day, to wit;
Fees payable by undertakers to the Superintendent.

NB. - The same fees are payable on the removal of remains within the Cemetery, except only, that no fee shall be charged for opening & closing a tomb whence a body is taken, unless digging be necessary.
No interment can be made in the Cemetery, or the Receiving tomb in town, without a regular application, - blanks for which may be had of the Superintendent, or of O.B. Alexander, undertaker, in rear of St Paul's Church. -
