Annual Reports, President
The President having presented and read the ⁴³³ Annual
Report to the Proprietors, it was Voted, that the same
be approved and adopted as the Annual Report of
the Trustees to the Proprietors and that it be printed
and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report ⁴³⁴ of the Treasurer, as approved by the Com-
mittee on Finance, and that ⁴³⁵ of the Superintendent
having also been presented, it was Voted, that the same be
accepted, printed and distributed to the Proprietors.

Office Furniture &c.
Mr. Watson, on behalf of the Committee having in charge
the duty of securing office accommodations for the
Corporation, reported that they had found it necessary to
purchase certain furniture and rugs for the proper
fitting up of the offices, and asked that their action
in so doing be ratified by the Board. They also
recommended the purchase of a typewriter for the use
of the office, and it was voted, that the action of the
Committee be approved and that they be authorized to
purchase a typewriter for the use of the Corporation.
