I will pay neneteen hundred and twenty five dollars $192500/00 for waranty deed with clear title, of the piece of land now owned by the Bird Heir between Mt Auburn Cemetery and the Watertown Brance of the Fitchburg R.R. Containing about (44,000) fourty four thousand sq feet.

Negatives of these subjects are to be taken by you at your own expense during the late Spring or early Summer months, so as to show the foliage to best advantage, from such point of view as it is satisfactory to me, and rough proofs, cut to show the size of the finished views in the album, are to be submitted by you for approval.

This I understand form your letter of Dec. 16, 1892 you are ready to furnish at twenty six cents ($.260) per copy including envelope, all costs, and all expense of taking negatives.

At this rate I am ready to give the order, provided that the quality of the work shall be guaranteed to be all respects equal to the album of views of Matairie Cemetery sent me as a sample.

John Conant, Esq., Watertown, Mass. Dear Sir: - I am looking for some good surfacing gravel for the avenues here and have been informed that you have gravel on line of the Fitchburg R. R. for sale.

If you will let me know where it is situated I should be glad to see it, and learn whether it will answer the purpose. Please let me know also on what terms you will sell some gravel, and where I can see you in regard to it.
