grading and repairing sod after the
work is set. If you desire the work
done please inform me by enclosed postal
card. The expense will be $15.

Dear Sir

In regard to the
finishing up the sodding on your
lot #2792. The sod can be patched
up for $10 but it would only be
throwing money away as the whole lot
needs resodding badly. To do that
properly will cost $35.

The work will be gone on with as soon
as I hear from you.
