that you desire an estimate made of certain repairs
and your lot #793. I have examined the lot, and
[?] the work will cost as follows.

To reset curbing where needed $20. To secure it
with iron clamp: $7.50 more.

To clean the monument, cutting the headstone $4.25

To sod inside of curbing and around the flower
border $20-
