cept for good faith & such reasonable diligence
as ^{may be} required of more gratuitous Agents, &
provided further that the said Trustees shall in no
case be obliged to make any separate Investment of the
fund sum so given, but shall and that the ^average Income or Interest
derived from all funds of the like nature belonging
to the Corporation shall be proportionally divided
annually & carried proportionally to ^{the cost of} each
Lot entitled thereto.
