general funds of this Corporation all monies received on
trust for the care of lots, which shall henceforth consti-
tute a separate fund for the execution of such trusts.

Voted That in books to be opened for this purpose each
lot concerned shall be credited ^with the principal sum given on a/c of these & interest at the rate of
5 1/2 percent per annum from the time at which the
money for the care of the same was actually received
to the close of the last financial year; and that in
future rateable propositions of the net income ^of the separate fund less one
half percent, be carried to the credit of each lot, and
that proper entries shall be made in such books ac-
cordingly.

Then personally appeared Henry M. Parker and
made oath that he would faithfully discharge the
duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn for the ensuing year, & so long as he
