Column 1:

Line 2: Samuel P. Morse; I propose Samuel F. Morse; Both names are in the database, but Samuel F. is closer to the right time frame.
Line 5: SA. Shurtleff: I see S.A.
Line 8; Abraham Call is correct based on the DB
Line 13: by E N Train Atty; I see by E N. Train Atty.
Line 15: [Binny?] [?] : surname [Curtis?]
Line 17: [?] J. Allen; Propose Andrew J. Allen: (in DB in the era)
Line 19: Nath. W. Appleton; I see Nathl W. Appleton ("l" is superscripted)
Line 20: Jam. T. Armstrong; I see Sam. (in DB in the era)
Line 23: In. W. [Book?]; I see Jn. W. Boott (in DB in the era)

Line 1, column 3: Do you think Saml D. Clark has an e at the end?

LisaCarper

I think it might be a period. He has a period after his first and middle name.

MegWinslow

Thanks Lisa -:)

MegWinslow

Joshua,Line 15: I see Pliny Cutler. I've made your other edits. Please feel free to make them in the transcription. I agree with what you see. One exception: line 13, column 3, where there is a tall l for saml, I don't see a T. Great eagle eye!

SegalJL

1. I agree: What I saw as the "T" was the "l" (line 13, column 3, where there is a tall l for saml)
2. Not sure re Line 15, but there is a Pliny Cutler in the DB.
3. I agree with Lisa on Samuel D. Clark.

MegWinslow

thanks to you both

C. Bolles: Bottom of column 3. It's definitely "Bolles" and there is a Charles Bolles in lot 230 (died: 1854) who would be a good match for this signature.
