Dear Sir:

Mr Maccurdy has finished most of the Ornamental work on the front; Painted one Cont. + will finish clapboarding Today.

The Plastering is all done and well dried, without being in the least touched with frost

The Cornice Mouldings with the two extra centre mouldings, are also done and agreeable to Contsuct

Mr. MacCurdy is entitled to receive another instalment of One thousand Dollars

As is regards the Style of painting + colours he wishes you to give him directions
