1860-11-05 Trustee Special Committee Report on Room for Corporation, 2021.004.022

The Committee to whom was referred the matter of arranging with the Secretary for the use of rooms for the purposes of the Corporation, have attended to that duty, and nowReport;

That after examination of the Rooms in Niles' Block, the Committee unanimously decided to pay to M Coolidge one hundred and fifty dollers p. annum, in full for the use of his rooms so long as they shall be occupied by the Corporation -
