This certifies that we have examined the books and accounts of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of Mount Auburn, for the year ending December 31st, 1862, and have found them correctly kept and properly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers for all payments charged.

The certificates of Stocks and other evidences of property are found in accordance with the statements in his accounts.

In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be due to him twenty-eight 85-100 dollars, and there is due from him on General Account, fifty-four hundred and forty-five 47-100 dollars.
