writing the past week to Miss
Bettie Monroe, and began: My
dear Miss Bettie.
So we have heare at "Camp Glad-
mon" Miss Demsy Hicks, Miss
Dorothy Crawford, Miss Danie
Monroe and Miss Bettie
Monroe. and the "Princess.
Prairie Schooners
Ok the horses - apologies for them -
in this "country!" Have to confront
practically all day.
At places for publig gathering
when negroes + whites are
both admitted, they always
sit in separate places
reservred for them. Only excep-
tion is [?] girls.
