1889 Sag Harbor Sept 9th Dear M Bowen Although I have not heard of the destiny of my last letter for your paper, I venture to send another by M Stoddard, hoping both will please you enough for publication. Have you had The [Nurgesons ?] yet - M[r] M [V, O ?] Durham has sprung a trap upon us, we did not know it was published till we saw the notice in the Tribune.
