This is to certify, that the Bearer Justice Minns a
man of colour belonged to my father John Moncock
on said Justice Minns paying a certain sum of money
was to have his freedom which sum was paid by on Sally
Daily of the City of Richmond in the year 1814 who was to emancipate
the said Justice on this repaying her the amount paid
by her to my father by agreement.

Given under my hand this seventeenth Day of November Eighteen
Hundred & fifteen.
