Numbers 90-92: mother is given as Judah followed possibly by "Jr." for junior. A transcript of Lewis Grigg's 1789 deed of emancipation (http://files.usgwarchives.net/va/greensville/deeds/g620l1dd.txt) lists both a Judah senr. (above fifty years of age) and a Judah junr. (about 14 years of age); given the ages, the mother is probably Judah junr.

Numbers 93 & 94: Wills & Estate Records Index on LVA indicates David Thweatt's will was probated in 1789. As Moses and Ned Thweatt were born after that date, the emancipation in these entries refers to their mother Hannah.
