Hi, thanks for working on these. For right now, we are just indexing pages that contain information of the "Free Negro Register", which is why we've marked this page blank. We might go back and transcribe other content one day, but right now we're just focused on indexing (rather than transcribing) the "Free Negro Registers" for our Virginia Untold project--which is why you see the spreadsheet!
