Resolved, that this Convention will tomorrow
resolve itself into a Committee to take under
Consideration the State of the Colony.

Ordered that the Letter from the Deputies
appointed to represent this Colony in General
Congress together with the papers inclosed therein
be referred to the Committe appointed to take
under Consideration the State of the Colony.

The Committee to whom the Petition of sundry
Inhabitants of the County of Berkley was referred
reported that they had the same under their
consideration agreed upon a Report
