The regular meeting of St. Johns
P.E. Church was held in the
brick school house Tuesday evening
Oct 3rd 1899 at 8 oclock.

Present, Rev R.A. Goodwin presiding
Maj Cyrus Bossieux, Capt. J. F. Mayer
Mess. J. S. Moore, W. S. Blankingship
G. G. Minor, J. N. Armstrong, J. H.
Allen, and R. Edgar Shine.

Maj B. F. Howard, Mess. G. L. Currie
and Thos Mussen were reported
out of the city.

The meeting was opened with
prayer by the Rector.

The minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved.

The Sr. Warden made report
of the recent improvements made
upon the Rectory at a cost of about
$1200.00, stating that the building
had been put into thorough repair
with the addition of another room
making the Rectory very comfortable
and increasing the value of
the property materially.

The Chairman of the Trustees reported
the collection and returns
of the Bossieux loan, principle
$700.00 interest $191.28 Total $891.25
also as having paid the bill of
Mr. G.L. Currie, with interest $113.00
