Mrs. Brackett, chairman of the membership com. reported a complete list of the club, scheduled according to their interests. Begining next Fall. Thanks will be sent to endorsers to fill out when proposing names.

It was voted to continue to Mrs. M. S. Kimball temporarily president in Jam aica Plains, the courtesy of the club and payment of the usual dues.

The Treasurer reported 140 dues in a discussion of appropriations for the next year followed. Mrs. Rees said the rental of Eliot Hall would be increased by 5. - The [?] of the meeting was that the business arrangement for the hall for next year, should be very definite. Also that the quality of progress must be kept up, even if it necessiated cut ting out a few dates.

Each committee could plan on having the usual $[?] - to use to the best advantage possible.

June 16 was appointed the date for the reports of committees - complete lists of the presented.

The Treas. reported May 11. Bal. $326.20 Recipts 107.80 Total Credit 434.1. Expenditures 250.75 Bal. On Hand 183.25

15 Resignations. The balance of dues paid. The club. could have Eliot Hall one extra evening for the $300. and if futher times were so outed, Ms. Lowler would favor the club if privatily interviewed.

There was a discussion of ways to relieve the Treas. in relation to delivquests, but it was voted to leave the matter to her discretion. Jr was voted that a Membership Commitee of 3 for coming year, be appointed. by chair. The following names were desgnated. Mrs. Brackets. Mrs. Safford. Mrs. Searo. The committees were announced as follows.

[strikethrough]Programs It was decided to have a Pilgrim Party on Forefather's Day. for the benefit of club charities. Mrs. William Wheeler Kindly consented to give her house for the occasion.

It was voted to form of the Board a benevolent and philanthropic Soceiety to comply with the Bars. and avoid taxes on entertainments.

A committee on organization was appointed by the chair. consisting of. Mrs. Goodriow. Mrs. Rees. Mrs. Chas. Cumir.

In answer to a request for a committe of 3 to inspect soda fountains on Centre St. Mrs. A. S. Percy. Mrs. Rooney. and Mrs. Trugley were apponted.

5 It was voted that the Ladies Aid Society in the M. E. Chruch. have the privilege of naming the person to use the club memb erhip ticket paid for by the organization. Wednesday. Sept. 15. 10.15. A. M. was apointed for the next meeting.

The President explained the play in Florence Night which was planned. Mrs. Rees in charge.

The meeting was then adjourned.
