The president appointed the following
as the nominating committee for the coming
year: Miss Fannie E. Coe, Mrs. Walter B.
Russell Mrs. Henry W. Brewer Mrs. Gerald
M. Thaxter and Mrs. N. Richard Ohler.
The afternoon was then in charge of
the Hospitality Committee, Mrs. John Dane
chairman. A novel entertainment entitled
The Tuesday Tattler was presented. Various
members of the club gave different newspaper
articles, each being dressed for the part.
Mrs. Grabill - Club notes, Parking problem
solved & weather forecasts.
Miss Fannie Coe - Antique costumes, illustrated
by a bridal outfit made in 1856
and worn by Mrs. Lawrence Mayer. Miss
Coe has given this costume to the Loring-Greenwood
House to start a collection.

Mrs. Souther - the Society column
Mrs. Rees - the Editorial
Mrs. Brues - Observations of the Gardener in verse.
Mrs. Dole - Review of the Tuesday club play.
Mr. Locke - Chinese stories.
After the program a tea was held in
the Loring-Greenough house. The tables
were charmingly decorated; on one was
a huge yellow bowl filled with ngreat
