Executive Board. Dec. 4, 1925.
The regular meeting of the Executive Board was held at the Loring-Greenough House, December fourth, with the President in the chair. Those present were Mrs. Seabury, Mrs. Dillaby, Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Webb, Mrs. Edwin Adams, Miss George, Miss Homes, Mrs. Grabill, Mrs. Baker, Mrs. Goodnow, Mrs. Ohler, Miss Perry, Miss Fowlder, Mrs. Dane, Mrs. Cox, Mrs. Henderson. The secretary's and treasurer's reports were read and accepted, the latter showing a balance of $1860.05 for the Tuesday Club, and $4242.03 for the Loring-Greenough Fund. From the Bazaar the latest report was $2001.38. It was voted that Mrs. Rees be allowed to give to any interested friend [written above "outside the Club"] the booklet containing the story of the Loring-Greenough House. It was voted that new members should be voted on, twice a year, the

elections to take place at the two business meetings of the Club, which are held on the second Tuesday of December and May. It was voted to withdraw the privilege of attending four meetings a year, from the waiting list. It was voted that the meetings of February 9 and March 23 be "open meetings", as subjects of community interest are to be presented. Plans for a Guest Night were discussed, and adjournment followed.
