Executive Board. Sept. 15, 1925.
The regular meeting of the Executive Board was held at the Loring-Greenough House, on September fifteenth, and was opened by the President. Those present were, Miss George, Miss Howard, Mrs. Edwin Adams, Mrs. Goggin, Mrs. Ohler, Mrs. Grabill, Mrs. Webb, Mrs. Seabury, Miss Fowler, Mrs. Baker, Mrs. Dillaby, Mrs. Walter Russell, Mrs. Henderson. The secretary's and treasurer's reports were read and accepted, the latter showing a balance of $2171.53 for the Tuesday Club and $2870.50 for the Loring-Greenough Fund. In the absence of Miss Perry, the corresponding secretary, Miss George kindly read her report, which stated that there is no waiting list, although there are six names to come before the Club, and four to come before the membership committee. Mrs. Fairley's resignation was also reported, and the names of Mrs. DuVernet* and Mrs. Wheeler were transferred to the associate member list, making eighteen associate members. It was voted that Club dues be returned

to Mrs. Fairley.
The resignation of Mrs. Edward Lane, from the Board, was accepted with deep regret, and it was voted that a note expressing this feeling be sent to Mrs. Lane. It was voted that the vacancy on the Board, should be filled, by appointment of the President. It was voted that a Bulletin Board be procured, and placed in a conspicious place in the Loring-Greenough [^House, so] that Club members, may be reminded each week, of the activities for that week. The latter part of the morning was devoted to the reports of committees, and discussion of plans for the Bazaar and Peddlers' Parade.
