she is held. An anonymous gift
to the Club, of $100, was announced
as a special tribute to Mrs. Goodnow.
Our sole consolation lies in the fact
that one of our former Presidents
Mrs. Thomas G. Rees, consented once
more to take up the burden.
Already beloved by the Club, she
can lead us sucessfully forward again,
and we thank her for making this
sacrifice of herself, for our need.
Tea was served at the Loring-
Greenough House. The tables were
lavishly decorated with apple
blossoms, and the pourers were
Mrs. Farnsworth K. Baker, Mrs.
Harold S*. Dole, Mrs. Thomas C. Green
and Mrs. Joseph A. Locke.

Respectfully submitted,
Lucy E. Henderson,
Rec. Secretary.
