Executive Board

The regular meeting of the Ex. Board was held on March 4 - at - 793 Centre St. with the Pres. in the chair.

Those present were Mrs. Ross. Mrs. PrattMiss Coe - Mrs. Rees - Mrs. Russell - Mrs. Goodnow - Mrs. Safford - Mrs. Laird Mrs. Stanwood - Mrs. Hyde - Mrs. Brackett - Miss George - Mrs. Barnes - Mrs. Sears

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

The Cir. Sec. stated she had written reporting club indorsement of bills to Hon. Geo. W. P. Babb - Senator Osgood C. Blaney) George A Gillman) Rep - Benjamin C. Lane)

and had sent a year book with names of members to Senator.

The following list of names for the waiting list was voted in. Mrs. Melville L. Hughes - Mrs. Alice H. Mather Mrs. Robert D. Webster - Mrs. Robert Bayley Mrs. Robert H. Richards

2. Ex. B. Mch. 4 - 1921

The Treas. reported - Credits $866.97 Expenditures 275.37 Bal. March 1st 591.60

Mrs. Rees recommended the following dates for lecture course by Mrs. Gilson next year -

Thursdays - 10.30 A.M. Dec. 1st 8th 15th Jan. 5th 12th 19th Feb. 2nd

It was voted to accept these dates and plan for course accordingly. The terms were mentioned as $17-- for each lecture -

Special report by com. on waiting list - gave statement of usages in other clubs. After discussion

It was voted that a special door committee of 4 persons be appointed for 1 year -

3 Ex. B. Mch 4. 1921

It was voted to institute this Com. March 15 - the chairman to be appointed by the chair - names -

It was voted that the waiting list be permitted to attend 4 meetings at a charge of $25 each meeting. There will be a ticket given, to be punched each time - and year book will be sent.

Regular committees had little to announce Mrs. Brackett announced 3 plays by members - 2 to be given at the regular meeting Apr. 12. The same 2. with a third added, to be given the evening of Apr. 13, for the public. Proceeds for the Gift Fund, Children's Hospital & 50 was suggested as price of tickets.

as their next speaker came without charge. Prev had a surplus on hand, and would like to give $10-- toward the deficit of the Child Welfare Campaign. It was voted to allow the gift.
