Executive Board -

The regular meeting of the Ex. Board was held at 16 Aldworth St. on Feb. 4 - with the President in the chair -

Those Present were Mrs. Barnes, Miss Broditch - Mrs. Fairley -Mrs. Ross - Mrs. Salford - Mrs. Rees - Miss Coe - Mrs. Russell - Mrs. Hyde - Miss George - Mrs. Henderson Mrs Stanwood - Miss Coburn - Mrs. Laird - Mrs. Sears -

Secretary's minutes of last meeting read & accepted -

The Cor. Sec. read letter of thanks from Faulkner Aid Ass'n - for gift of $50 - and note of appreciation from Miss Zilpah Smith -

Th following list of names was presented - already passed upon by the Membership Com.

It was voted to accept the list, to be brought before the club.

After a discussion on complimentary tickets to be given the waiting list,

It was voted, that a committee of 3 be appointed by the chair to consider a new policy toward the waiting list - Mrs Rees. Miss Coe - Miss Bowditch -

Treas. Report -

Hospitality Com. reported $131.35 received for tickets for Guest Night. The caterer was paid for 350 persons.

Current Events reported on hand at date. $143.00 Total expense of Mrs. Gilains course 142.75 Surplus just - .25

It was voted to have a similar class next year - with Mrs. Gibson as leader. An informal expression of opinion

favored 8 lectures - 3 before Christmas 5 after - and Wed. or Thurs. as the day.

The Social Service chairman mentioned Legislative bills to be endorsed at the next club meeting.

The Child Welfare Education Campaign came up for discussion - and

It was voted - that the club contribute as largely as it is able in support thereof.

Upon Miss Coe's motion, It was voted - that her com. start a tea - book

Adjournment - Mary T. Sears - Recording Sec.

A letter from Leslie R. Smith chairman of State com. on Repeal of Daylight Saving, occasioned discussion of the subject. It was voted not to go into this matter before the club.
