Executive Board Nov. 5 1920

The regular meeting of the Board was

the Pres. in the chair.

Secretary's report read and acc.
Cor. Sec. reported withdrawal of Mrs.
Arthur Bailey on account of removal.
Discussion of the proper notices to be
given before the club resulted in the
opinion that notices of general interest
should be presented.

It was voted that new names for
membership should be given to the
Membership Coun. before being read
to the Board.
