Executive Board Nov. 5 1920
The regular meeting of the Board was held at 16 [Ald___th L_?] Nov. 5. with the Pres. in the chair.
Those present were Mrs. Goodwin Mrs. Pratt Mrs. Rees Miss Bouditel Mrs. Henderson Mrs. Brackett. Mrs. Safford. Mrs. Ross Mrs. Fairley. Mrs. [Baruer?]. Mrs. Eldredge. Mrs. George. Miss Coe. Mrs. Hyde. Mrs. Achon. Mrs. Sears.
Secretary's report read and acc. Cor. Sec. reported withdrawal of Mrs. Arthur Bailey on account of removal. Discussion of the proper notices to be given before the club resulted in the opinion that notices of general interest should be presented.
It was voted that new names for membership should be given to the Membership Coun. before being read to the Board.

2 Treas. reported Oct. 1. Bal. $1445.06 Rec'd 2.48 1447.54 Expenditures 239.46 Bal. on hand. 1208.08 Report accepted. Mrs. Eldrige stated that Hosp. Cou. came within their appropriation for the 12th meeting and returned $1.73 Miss Coe expressed appreciation of all assistance rendered to make the [dinnery?] Trip a success. Mrs. Louduno reported that the projected reorganization of the club to avoid tax could not be done. The eagle having dissapeared from the club flag. It was noted to replace it. Mrs. Fairley explained plan successfully worked in [Milton?], to raise
