Executive Board. Mary 14.

The Board met at 10.15 on May 14. at 16? Aldworth street, with Mrs. Grabill the newly elected President in the chair. The members present were Miss Gurge, Mrs. F. Safford, Mrs. Hyde, Mrs. Achorn, Mrs. Stanwood, Mrs. Russell, Mss Coburn, Miss Coe, Miss Bowditch, Mrs. Barnes, Mrs. Rees, Mrs Henderson, Mrs.Ross, Mrs. Goodnow, Mrs. L.J. Brackett, Mrs. Wheeler, Mrs. Fairley, Mrs Eldridge, Mrs. Pratt, Mrs. Sears. The secretary's report was read and accepted. The Com. Sec. presented 3 names, which were passed by the board. Mrs Raymond L. Seaver. " Robert Seaver (reinstatement) " August Haffenveffer? Mrs. Grabill stated that the office of 1st Vice Pres. was now vacant, and proposed fro the office same, Mrs. L. J. Brackett. Mrs. Brackets was voted in.

To fill the unexpired year of Mrs. Brackett's terms as director, Mrs Charles Currier was proposed and voted in. For Assistant to Secretary, Mrs. James A Fairley was proposed and voted in. For Assit. to Treasurer, Mrs. Ransome D. Raff was proposed and voted in. To continue as State Federation Secretary for another year. Mrs. Eldridge was voted in.

The newly elected members of the Board were at once notified by telephone, and their attendance at the meting secured.

The President announced the list of chairman and membesr of committee for the comming year, as follows. Hospitality. Mrs Eldridge. Mrs. Pratt. Miss Currier.

Mrs Eldridge reported an arrangement for Mr. Pitt Parker to meet chairman who desired to do so and May 21 was appointed for the meeting at the house of the President.
