The Committee on Home Economics, Mrs. Laird Chairman, and
Mrs. Ransom D. Pratt, Mrs. Leslie K. Storrs, Miss Annie W. Seaverns,
Mrs. John M. VanHeusen members, suggested ten minute talks along
the lines of food conservation, etc. before some or all of the
meetings of the coming year, and it was VOTED that the Executive
Board heartily approves of the plan and that the committee work
out that plan as far as possible.

Mrs. Brackett for the Social Service and Legislative Committee
reported the following members, Mrs. S. F. Gardner, Mrs. Cornelius
Russell, Mrs. Walter Henderson, Mrs. Elwin P. Archibald, Miss Elsie
Buff.

Mrs. Kenyon, Chairman of the Musical and Dramatic Committee,
asked to be allowed to add one extra member to her committee,
and there being no objection it was VOTED that Mrs. Currier be
allowed to serve. The other members were, Mrs. Safford, Mrs.
Joel Barnes, Mrs. Walter Durfee, Mrs. Benjamin Foss.

Mrs. Kenyon suggested a patriotic musical entertainment
entitled "The Growth of the Flag", and it was later VOTED that
Mrs. Kenyon and Mrs. Safford be authorized to arrange for this
entertainment at an early date.

The Committee on Children's Day, Mrs. Coe Chairman, [report-
ed the] had chosen the following members [of its committee], Mrs. Henry S. Adams,
Mrs. Henry W. Balderston, Mrs. F. W. Deland, Miss Marguerite Souther.

It was suggested that the different committees try to hold
as closely as possible to their appropiations for the coming
year.
