Special Meeting, Executive Board, June 19, 1917.

[A special meeting of the] The Executive Board of the Jamaica
Plain Tuesday Club [was held] met on June 19, 1917, at 793 Centre St.,
with the President, Mrs. Rees, in the chair.

The members present were Mrs. Rees, Mrs. Adams, Mrs. Souther,
Mrs. Kenyon, Mrs. Grabill, Mrs. Laird, Mrs. Gardner, Miss Beaumont,
Mrs. Monteith, Mrs. Morse, Mrs. Sears, Miss Knight, Mrs. Coe, Mrs.
Brackett, Mrs. Goodnow, Mrs. Carter, Mrs. Pratt, Miss Swain, Mrs.
Chadwell.

The minutes of the last meeting were read, followed by the
report of the corresponding secretary, both reports being ac-
cepted.

The treasurer's report was read, showing the present member-
ship to be 278, with a waiting list of 9, and was also approved.

It was VOTED that Mrs. Robinson be considered a member of the
club, and that Miss Johnston be permitted to pass on her ticket
for the period of her absence.

It was also VOTED that the matter of admitting members who
have neglected to pay their dues be left to the discretion of the
treasurer and president.

In discussing the matter of appropriations for the coming
year Mrs. Rees made the suggestion that possibly two entertain-
ments might be given, the proceeds of one to be divided among
