[ ? County] William Bryson being
duly sworn deponent
and [says?] that he is the owner and holder
of two claims against the United
States of America [on] [Geo.] [D Anson burr]
and the other [D Burr] [& Dickison]
Copies of which are [hereto?] attached
that when he purchased them [of the]
[C?] he did so by [paying?] him and them
[gold] [then] for shortly after the [Sirio cons]
[resd ? p] which the claim is made and
took this voucher [?] the
Government as the parties can [?]
[Accd't] was expected the money could
soon be paid & the vouchers could
be passed on, in discharge of said account
that the claims [were] certified as [amt]
by Wm Hanson but never paid and
the amount thereof is fairly [owed] [&]
[further says not]
