refund the amount when he should receive
[and the] said vouchers in settlement of his
accounts with the Indian departments. This
department further says that the said Hanson
[has] as the affiant is informed used said
vouchers or forwarded them to Washington to
be used in the settlement of his said accounts that
this affiant has now been reimbursed said
sum of one hundred dollars but on the
contrary they the vouchers call for said one hundred
dollars more than said Hanson has
paid therein.
