Tapioca pudding
1 cup Tapioca soak over night
cook over [steam?] one hour or till done
[?] - in 1 quart of water, sweeten &
salt this then pare quarter some
sour apples place in a dish pour
in the tapioca. bake - make a
sauce of whipped cream & sugar
using [quart?] milk. flavor if liked

Cottage pudding
1 egg 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup milk
1 spoonful of butter, 1 teaspoonful
cream tartar - 1/2 soda serve
with sauce of whipped cream as above
or a sauce of
1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup butter beaten
to a cream: then add the [or ? from ?] yolk & white
corn starch
of an egg beaten & [?]) - boil and flavor
