Potatoe Pudding

Take 1 lb of Butter and one
of sugar, beat them to a cream
1 lb boiled potatoe, run through
a cullender, add these by degrees
8 eggs beat very light, put these
in by degrees, also, a wine
glass of wine brandy and rose
water, mixed, ditto of cream and
milk, and a little spice, stir
them well together.

---Apple Pudding

May be made in the
same manner as the orange
except take 8 large pippin
apples, stewed and drained
in a cullender, then run through
