4 Fruit Marmalade

1 orange 1 lemon 1 grapefruit 1 apple - (sugar)

Cut all up fine - after extracting juices from lemon + orange - use half of skins - ([p]eal inside off well) put skins + apple thru food chopper -+ [bo?]il them tender Then- put all together + measure - allow three times as much [water?] + let stand over night - then boil one hr. let stand another night. then cook with

Prune Pudding (good)

Yolks of 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon full butter 3/4 cup sour milk in which put 1 level teaspoon soda 2 small cups flour whites last (well beaten) 1 1/2 cup of prunes (cut fine)

Steam 2 hours, sour milk whip cream Flavor a little vanilla. (Dear) Mrs. Lawson
