Standing Rib Breast 320°
1T lemon pepper seasoning
1T Paprika
1 1/2t garlic salt
1t rosemary (crushed)
1/2t ceyenne pepper
1-6- 7 lb. roast
Combine spices + rub over
roast. Place roast with fat
side up in a large roasting
pan. Insert meat thermometer
allow 23-25 mins per lb. for
rare 140° - 27-30 mins for
med 160°-32-35 mins for well
done - 170°
Let stand 10 - 15 mins
before carving
Pour pan juices into a
measuring cup - skim off
fat. Add 2 cups boiling
water - 1t beef boulion to
pan - stir + remove browned
bits. Stir in reserved juices
