2 cans Cheddar Cheese soup
1lb. Velveeta Cheese
1/2 lb. Hot pepper Cheese (optional)

Melt Cheeses + soup in
double boiler.

add: 1 sm. can Ortega green
chilies - 1 lge chopped onion

Heat only a few more
minutes. May be kept
warm on low in a crock
pot.

Be careful not to overheat
cheeses curdle

May be used cold as a
cheese spread.
