Sunday, August 29, 1948 - Robert and I went to sunday school at Liberty this morning. We went on the bus. O.D., Jean and little girl came this afternooon. we froze cream & had a right good time. I read some tonight. I dont feel well.

Monday, August 30, 1948 - We washed this morning. Mother helped me some. She hung part of the clothes on the line. I went to bed this afternoon and read while in bed. I read some tonight also. I dont feel well. I looked for Lawerence and Jean tonight, but they didnt come.
