Saturday, June 26, 1948 - Rex, Robert and I went to town this afternoon. Robert and I went to the Show. It rained some this afternoon. Robert and I walked to Jessie's. I stopped in at Jean's and talked to Mrs. McClaren and Jean. I then went to Jessie's. She is about as well as usual.

Sunday, June 27, 1948 - Mother, Robert and I got on the bus and went to Sunday School and church at Liberty this morning. Rev. Edward Gore preached. Buddy Gill and Ernest Scott helped Sing. O. D., Jean and little girl came this afternoon. Eddie Kemble, Dock and Ernest came also. It rained a little this afternoon.
