Sunday, June 20, 1948 - The School bus run for Sunday School and Church at Liberty this morning. Mr. Guy Staton drove the bus. There were 12 people on the bus with the driver. Robert and I went on the bus. Mother, Rex, Robert and I went to town this afternoon. We went to Jessie's. Rex went down in town. Jessie is about the same. She is still up. This is the first Sunday the Bus has run for Sunday School and church this year.

Monday, June 21, 1948 - I have done the general house work this morning. Rex and I went to town this afternoon and we stopped at Mr. Jones a little while and saw Charley Jones and Louise. Robert went to see Louise this morning. Rex went to Mrs. Carl Blanks funeral but i didnt go. I didnt know her so well. I talked to Elsie Hanner and her baby a while. I bought some clothes for Robert's birthday presents and some more things. Mother will give him part of the things.
