We got up late
this morning &
got ready to
got to Marion.
We wen't to
Nanne Mae's.
Rev. Lear sure
look natural.
Just like he
was asleep.
We wen't to
the Methodist
Church to Rev.
Lear's funeral.
Rev. Turner
preached the
funeral. The burial
was at the cemetary
at Marion. Robert
stayed at home
with Mother.
Monday, March 10, 1947
I sure have felt
tirerd today. I got
part of my clothes
put away. I took
a nap this afternoon.
Mother took a nap
also. Mrs. McClaren,
Lawrence and Jean
came tonight.
We played Rook.
Lawrence and Jean
won the most
games. Tonight
was unlucky
for Jean and
I. The Doctor's
have decided that
Nannie Mae
doesn't have T. B.
