Today is Rex
Birthday. He is
47 years old.
I made him a
cake and Mother
dressed him a
chicken. I gave
him a clothes
brush for his
Birthday and
Mother gave
him some boot
socks.
Tuesday, January 27, 1942
Mother and I
washed today and
have done the
general house works.
It took us most
of the day to
wash as Robert
his cried most
of the day. I
don't know what
is wrong but he
seemed to have the
colic. Rex & John
Marion went
to Mrs. Charley
Morton's sale.
Mr. Morton died
